Goal Setting Part 1.
This time of year, many of us are making goals to do more. For me, I’ve had A LOT on my plate for the past few months, so my goal is to scale it back!
Scaling back my workout time is something I usually do when life gets super busy. Although I can workout 5 days a weeks, it’s not sustainable (for me) at this time.
Recognizing this and planning a less demanding schedule allows me to maintain my fitness goals AND decreases disappointment.
**My goal is to work out 2 days a week for the next 1-3 months.**

You don’t ever have time to workout?
If so, please consider the following:
1. how much are you trying to achieve?
2. In what time-frame?
3. Is it realistic?
4. Is it sustainable?
If your goals are not realistic or sustainable, you might want to consider scaling it back because sometimes doing less makes a big impact!
