I’m a cheater!

Good morning! What’s for breakfast?! I’m having cupcakes and coffee to start. WAIT! Hear me out before you unfollow😂

Eating “healthy” 100% of the time is so hard! We are surrounded by delicious food so cheating is going to happen. How often and to what degree will decide your overall health.

I have a major sweet tooth that won’t go away. Soooo, I have strategies to manage instead of stressing and feeling terrible.

1. Cheat early in the day. I’m more likely to move around and burn off the calories looong before bedtime.

2. Cut the portions in half or 1/3rd.

3. Cheat on days that I plan to workout

4. Have sweets when I eat out but don’t buy for home. Becuase cupcakes for breakfast is the result 😂

5. Don’t “throw in the towel” or give up on your healthy eating or diet just becuase you cheated once!

Acknowledge the moment and make more healthy choices. Make that one-off moment a small percentage of your overall actions.

Health is a continuum. Focus on making the right choices “most” of the time and keep everything else to a minimum.
